TopTinker operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations for online source-code trading platforms.

Platform compliance

As an individual engaged in small-scale and infrequent online transactions, TopTinker is exempt from the requirement to register as a market entity under applicable regulations. All transactions are conducted transparently with clear terms in the Service Agreement.

Content compliance

All listings are reviewed against the platform rules and the Prohibited Goods policy. Pirated, malicious, infringing or illegal content is removed immediately, and repeat offenders are permanently banned.

Data protection

User data — limited to name, email and phone — is collected only for order and account management, stored securely and never sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Dispute resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are mediated by TopTinker based on the transaction record, delivery evidence and the terms agreed at purchase, in line with the Service Agreement and the Rule Center.
